Items may be returned within 30 days of shipping date except for custom items. Custom items are not returnable.
Damaged Orders During Shipping
If an item shows up damaged, please contact us immediately & we will work with you to replace your order.
For damaged items please take a picture of the following & send it to us:
- Picture of damaged item(s)
- Picture of the outside of the shipping container
- Picture of the inside of the shipping container
Items Missing or Wrong Item
If you received the incorrect item or missing one of your items, please contact us immediately. We will work to get your missing or correct items out as soon as we can.
No Longer Wanted
If you no longer want the item(s), you are eligible to return them within 30 days of the shipped date. You must notify us by email or phone within 30 days of shipment!
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or will not receive a refund. Items
