Despite our order processing times listed in each listing, we may be able to expedite an order for you. Please send us a message before or after your order for a more accurate timeline.
An order can be returned if it meets ALL the criteria: (1) you contacted us within 14 days of the order being shipped, (2) the item is returned back to us and received within 30 days of the order being shipped, (3) the item is intact without any damage and (4) the item was not on sale during purchase.
Every once in a great while this happens so don't worry! Please send us a message immediately including photos of the damaged item(s). We will then make a replacement & ship it out as soon as we can.
Typically we do not allow order cancellations after 24 hours but please contact us immediately.
